Rental availability at the Field House is very limited from November to March. We conduct a rental request application process during the summertime. Groups that are interested in securing space will need to submit a rental request during this period. We have many university-affiliated groups and non-profit groups that use the Field House every season that will receive priority. We will do our best to accommodate as many groups as possible. There are no guarantees that we will be able to accommodate all requests. If you would like to be added to the rental request application process, please email Program Manager, Hunter O'Neal.
All other availability is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please see the availability schedule under the rental rates below. A minimum of 14 days advance notice is required to make proper arrangements for facility supervision during your event.

Yes, and bring your own towel, lock, and sundries. Small lockers are for day use and large lockers are available for rent annually.
Yes, however goggles are not allowed when jumping off the diving boards.
Molded plastic cleats are allowed in the Spence Eccles Field House. Metal cleats are not allowed under any circumstances. For most sports, a good pair of athletic or turf shoes is suitable for the playing surface.
