Supervisor Boot Camp

This 6-session intensive training is designed to give new supervisors a general understanding of the supervisory role and existing supervisors a refresher. The curriculum combines policy and procedures overviews with the important leadership skills necessary to successfully engage and manage the work of employees.

Audience: New and Existing Supervisors and Professional Development Program Participants.

Application Process: There is no application process for this program, but you should have supervisor approval before attending.
