The fine amount is assessed by the Judge using the Standard Bail Schedule as a guideline.

Standard Bail Schedule

Contact the Court (385) 468-8200 with your current court date and case number.

The Judge would hear from you and any evidence you present to make a decision on your case.

VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Money orders, and cashier's checks are accepted. However, payments in person are not accepted between Noon and 1:00 PM or after 4:30 PM. A payment dropbox is located at the court's entrance, or you may pay online.

YOu must have the citation signed off by an officer and turned into the court within 14 days of the Citation's issuance.
