DIY Swim Workouts
Are you wanting to get into better shape as a beginning swimmer, or train for a triathlon as an advanced swimmer? You can do these workouts on your own time, at your own pace, and modify them based on your personal endurance level and ability.
How It Works
- For ages 14 and up, or under 14 if directly supervised by an adult.
Workouts are self-directed and can be created around your own schedule.
- These workouts are created by our Adult Swim Group coach, Rob Bruendl. Try a different set of swim workouts each week!
