Billing

Agencies will submit billings for reimbursement requests through the ZoomGrantsTM  financial tab.

Use this form to update your organization's information (address and/or bank information). 

If you are a new agency to the County, you will need to fill out this form in its entirety.  Please submit completed forms directly to the supplier management team, using the email address listed at the top of the form.

Training Webinars & Materials

Salt Lake County’s Housing and Community Development (HCD) team is happy to announce this year’s Release for Application (RFA) training, which will be held Tuesday, November 15, 2022.

This is a mandatory training, and all applicants are required to have a representative attend the appropriate application trainings.

It is recommended that both a program and fiscal person from the agency attend this in-person training, which will be held at the Salt Lake County Government Center, in the South Building Cafeteria, which is located on the first floor of the South building. Trainings have been scheduled as listed below:

IN-PERSON TRAINING SESSIONS

Session #1 - COMMUNITY & SUPPORT SERVICES (“SOFT COST”) 11 am – 1:30 pm

11:00 AM – 12 noon: Overview of funding opportunity, detailed instructions for completing application

12 noon – 1:30 PM: Comprehensive training on CDBG, SSBG, & ESG compliance requirements. (Not required, but highly recommended for prospective applicants with no prior experience managing CDBG, ESG, or SSBG grants.)

LUNCH (on your own for those who are attending both sessions) 1:30 PM-2:30 PM

Session #2 - COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT “HARD COST” PROJECTS FOR NON-PROFIT & QUASI-GOVERNMENT APPLICANTS, AND FOR URBAN COUNTY JURISDICTIONS 2:30 PM – 5 PM

2:30 PM-3:30 PM: Overview of funding opportunity, detailed instructions for completing application

3:30-5 PM Comprehensive training on CDBG requirements. (Not required, but highly recommended for prospective applicants with no prior experience managing CDBG grants.)

(If a representative is unable to attend the training in-person, please still register using this link and indicate, under the “Participation Method” section of the Smartsheet, that you will need a recording of the trainings. It is anticipated that the recording will be available prior to Friday, November 18th.)
