Welcome to Salt Lake County's I.D.E.A. (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Access) Initiative!  
We're on a mission to create a more equitable and inclusive culture & we want to keep the dialogue going.

What's happened to date?

• July 2021: employees were encouraged to take the I.D.E.A. survey and share information regarding their Salt Lake County experience
• A complete list of survey findings can be found in the 2021 I.D.E.A. Culture Report
• Five mini-forums offered in October 2021 (30 min sessions will provide you a guided tour of the report findings)

• Because we understand that ACTIONS speak louder than WORDS, we are reviewing the survey findings and working to build the foundation for a robust learning program to address the hidden needs around inclusion, diversity, equity, and access at Salt Lake County.
