Traditional and Japanese Style. A program emphasizing self-defense and self-discipline. Basic to advanced techniques and forms along with competition skills. The World Karate Federation Competition rules will be taught.
All ages and abilities are accepted.
FRIDAYS
- Ages 5 and under: 5:00-6:00 PM
- Beginner/Novice (age 6+): 6:00-7:00 PM
- Ages 11 and up (all levels): 7:00-8:00 PM
Karate-Shotokan taught by Amadou Niang and affiliated with USA Karate National Governing Board. Amadou is a 6th Degree black belt and international karate referee.
Sensei Amaidou Niang has 30 years of practice in Shotokan Karate-do and Yeseikan Budo under internationally known Japanese, Malian and American instructors. He also has 18 years of experience in Karate instruction, both at national and international levels.
Participants are welcome to sign up for any time frame that works best for them. The instructor can accommodate different ages at different times if needed.
