Indoor Lap Pool (Shallow)/Outdoor Pool June-August
"Interval Toning" is training that involves high-intensity periods followed by lower intensity. This class helps build muscle to tighten and tone the entire body.
This class is held in the shallow portion of the indoor lap pool.
