"Every Minute on the Minute (EMOM)" is well known for building muscle and cardiovascular strength in a timed format. In this water exercise class, each minute represents one exercise that builds from simple to high intensity. You may choose to stay with the initial low intensity form or go with the higher level for a sustained high energy, high calorie burn minute. The intensity is set by you!
By the end of class you will have experienced 30-40 moves without a repeat! This gives you the opportunity to figure out how you will make that specific exercise work for you. You may find that your strength and stamina have increased, but best of all, it doesn’t require a degree in dance!
This class is held in the shallow portion of the indoor lap pool.
