Indoor Lap Pool (Shallow & Deep)/Outdoor Pool June-August
"3-2-1 Go!" is an amazing format of intervals that will increase your health with three (3) minutes of cardio, two (2) minutes of strength training, followed by one (1) minute of core isolation. The cardio segment will raise your heart rate using principles of water exercise; buoyancy, density, range of motion and speed to achieve the results you desire. The beauty of water exercise is little to no impact, yet benefits are similar to land exercise.
A quick 6-second comparison of heart rate to land aerobics will prove that water exercise is not your grandmother’s workout! Segment two may use equipment to build strength and stamina. Applying force and using the largest range of motion possible is the main goal.
Lastly, core isolation for one minute to build strength in belly, back and hips. This may be the only workout you need and you will have fun at the same time!
This class is held in the shallow and deep portion of the indoor lap pool.
