Public Safety Assessment

PSA is an evidence-based assessment tool used to assist judges in determining the client's risk, if released, in engaging in new criminal activity and to predict the likelihood of whether the client will fail to appear for court.

The PSA can be completed automatically or manually by pulling information from state and national criminal history databases.

What to Expect

The Public Safety Assessment (PSA) can be completed automatically or manually. If needed, clients may need to provide information pertaining to your criminal history and court appearance history.
