LSCMI Assessment

The LSCMI is an evidence based risk-needs assessment conducted virtually, in person, or at the SLCO jail and is administered by a CJS Case Manager to determine level of supervision, areas for case planning. Results will also guide supervision level.

What to Expect

A CJS Case Manager will meet with the client and complete an interview to obtain information. Information gathered may include but is not limited to the following: criminal history, education/employment history, family/personal relationships, substance use history, etc. It is possible that the case manager will need to reach out to request information from other agencies and references, if so, they will ask you to agree to a release of information.

Following the completion of the interview, the CJS case manager will work with the client to create a case plan to address needs and barriers.
