2024 Open Primary Ballot Request

You may request a ballot for the June 25, 2024 Primary Election using this form if you meet the following criteria:

• You are not currently a member of a political party; or,
• You belong to a party, but would like to vote in the primary election of a different, open, political party.

The status of Primary Elections by party are listed below:

• Constitution Party - no election
• Democratic Party - will have a 2024 Primary
• Green Party - no election
• Independent American Party - no election
• Libertarian Party - no election
• No Labels Party - no election
• Republican Party - 2024 Primary open only to party members
• United Utah Party - no election
• Utah Forward Party - no election

Requesting a ballot using this form does not change your current political party affiliation. If you are a member of a political party and use this form to request a ballot for a different party, you will not receive a ballot for your current party, should an election occur for that party. If you request a ballot for a party that does not have an election, you will not receive a ballot.
