A criminal record creates barriers to employment, housing, and other opportunities. Getting an expungement—or “cleaning up” your record—means a person may honestly say that the arrest or conviction did not happen.
This tool is a community resource that provides information and guidance on cleaning up your Utah criminal records.
Get / Replace an Identification Card
An identification card (ID), if you don't have a driver's license, is critical to gain housing, employment, etc.
Important! It takes about 8-10 weeks processing time to receive your ID. Identification cards are valid for 5 years. Estimated Cost: $23 - $40 depending on if you need to get birth certificate
