How do I get my company "in the door" to talk with those agencies who may need my
type of service?
You can make an appointment with any one of our division’s buyers. They will be able to suggest the
different agencies that could be interested in your product.
How does a contractor put a lien on a County facility when payment has not been received?
State statutes do not allow a lien to be placed on a public building. When the County hires a general contractor
they are required to obtain a payment bond to ensure the subcontractors are paid. You can call 801 468-2322 to
obtain a copy of the bond.
