On-Going Fitness Programs:
Land and Water Group Fitness - Enjoy a wide variety of land aerobics classes taught by certified instructors. These classes are great for all fitness levels.
Personal Trainers - We have on-site personal trainers who provide different training options for all fitness levels. They are a perfect resource to help you reach your fitness goals.
Quick Start Program- This FREE class is to instruct participants on proper weight lifting techniques, different workouts and weight room etiquette.
14-15 Year Old Certification - 14 and 15 year olds must attend this free one hour certification course prior to using the fitness room.
Drop in Cycling - Cycle indoors at your own pace with "on-the-road" videos of scenery from around the United States.
Fitness Rooms:Cardio Room - includes treadmills, ellipticals, stairsteppers, bikes, rowers, an arm ergometer, and more!
Free Weight Room - inlcudes several olympic benches, a smith machine, squat rack, barbells, dumbbells, cable machine, and more.
Circuit Room - includes weight machines for every muscle group as well as treadmills and upright bikes for completing an interval training workout.
