Coaches: This Wednesday the 16th @ 6pm there will be a coaches meeting at our facility in Party Room #1 & #2. You will be able to obtain rosters, rules, jersey's and coaches manuals. If you have questions or please call John R. Tateoka 385.468.1340 or email jtateoka@slco.org

 

Non-contact football program, great for learning the fundamentals with emphasis on having fun and fair play.

Program is highly recommended for individuals who may eventually want to play in full contact leagues, or individuals who want  a safer alternative to contact leagues.

Who: Boys Divisions (1st & 2nd, 3rd & 4th, 5th & 6th)

           Girls Division (1st & 2nd, 3rd & 4th, 5th & 6th)

If boys or girls division does not have enough participants, division will be COED

Fee: $36, includes 8 games, jersey, & participation award

When:  1st/2nd Grade: Tuesday & Saturday

            3rd/4th Grade: Wednesday & Saturday

            5th/6th Grade: Thursday & Saturday

If time does not allow all games to be played during Tue-Thur. overflow games will be held Monday and Friday evenings.

*** If 4 or more players wish to play together they must supply a volunteer coach***

Where: Western Springs Park, (4570 Goshute Dr.) just next to Mountain View Corridor & 12600 S

Games will begin the week of April 28th, 2014. Game Schedules will be posted here by April 22nd 2014

Registration Deadline: Saturday April 5th, 2014: A late fee of $5 will be applied to registration after deadline. Spots may be limited.

Team/Individual Pictures are not included with the registration fee. Picture day will be held Saturday May 3rd.  Schedules to be provided to coaches once available.  Sports Imaging is the company that will be taking team pictures.

Jersey's will look like the picture on the bottom.  Colors will be red and black not white and blue. 

Flags will be provided to each coach prior to the start of the games.  Flag Football coaches meeting will be held Wednesday April 16th, 204 @ 6pm.  This meeting will be held at J.L. Sorenson Rec Center's Uintah room.  We will review rules, any changes or updates to rules, receive jerseys, flags and schedules.

All coaches will need to fill out a "Volunteer Coaches Packet" prior to coaching.  You may pick one up from the front desk attendants.  You may also submit them to John R. Tateoka, Program Coordinator at facilities front desk.
