Basketball League where the focus is on learning the rules and fundamentals in a fun, recreation environment.
Coed 1st, 2nd
Boys 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th/8th
Girls 3rd/4th, 5th/6th, 7th/8th
Games Start: December 5, 2015
Games will be played on Saturdays.
7th-8th: Early Evenings
Coaches' Meeting: November 19, 2015.
Practices Start: Week of December 5th

Includes: 8 games, one weekly practice, Jr. Jazz Reversible Jersey, 2 tickets to a Jazz Regular-Season Game(includes FREE Hot Dog and Drink from concession stand), a Jr. Jazz Membership Card, Jazz Player Appearance Night and a participation award.

Can be purchased on Flash Seats once you redeem your child's ticket.

Important Participant Information:
Requests: We cannot guarantee that players will be able to play on the same team. Request of 4 or more players together requires the group to provide a volunteer coach for their team. Limit 2 Super League players per team.
Volunteer Coaches: Parents we need your help! We cannot run a good quality program without you. Your help is only needed for 2 hours a week with some time to organize your team. You do not need to be a basketball coach already, or know much about basketball, as long as you are willing to help out I have tools that will help you. The only thing that I need from you are a few papers filled out and background check (Salt Lake County Policy). If you would like to volunteer, please write your name down on your child(s) registration form.
To help the coach's meeting if you could print these waivers (5 total), fill them out and send them back to firstname.lastname@example.org that would be helpful.
Coach requests and player requests take precedence when forming teams. Subsequent team assignments will be based on school and equal team size.
If you have not heard from a coach by Saturday November 21, 2015, please call us to find out which team your participant has been placed on.
Equipment: Players will be asked to bring a ball to their practice. Basketball shoes are recommended but not required. Divisions will use the following ball sizes: Kindergarten-2nd: 27.5", 3rd-5th Boys and All Girl's Divisions: 28.5", Boys 6th-8th: 29.5".
