Build A Child’s Brain with Vroom
Research has shown that more than 90% of a child’s brain develops by age 5. Parents, families, and caregivers can build their children’s brains by talking, reading, playing, and singing to children every day from birth. Find great tips on the Vroom app or text BABY to 48258.

Drug-Free Communities
The Evidence2Success Kearns Community Coalition's effort to reduce substance abuse among teens got an extra boost from a $625,000 Drug-Free Communities grant awarded by the Office of National Drug Control Policy. The funds, which will be used to curb teen alcohol and e-cigarette abuse, will be dispersed at $125,000 a year, over the next five years.
