Fleet Management provides all service, maintenance, and inspections for Salt Lake County
fleet vehicles and equipment as well as maintains a vehicle replacement fund and service.
Vehicles are
purchased, utilized, and sold according to an established schedule in order to maximize the usefulness
of the vehicle and obtain the most out of the residual value of the vehicle.
Fleet Management also provides motor pool services to County agencies when it is necessary for a
County employee to travel within the area on County business.
