The Division of Contracts and Procurement acquires goods, services, and professional
services for all Salt Lake County agencies with the goal of fostering an environment of fair
and open competition in all dealings. The County’s Purchasing Agent is the sole
representative in contracting for labor, materials, and services or for the purchase,
