| FREE workshop for better financial management |

This workshop qualifies as the pre-requisite requirement for applying to the Utah Individual Development Program. During this course you will learn: Budget Development: Learn how to create short-term and long-term goals Healthy Money Management Choices: choices in financial institutions, how to distinguish between wants and needs, types of savings vehicles, and record-keeping Wise Use of Credit: Appropriate use of credit and alternatives to credit use. Consumer Information: comparison shopping, identity theft and fraud, predatory lending practices, public and non-profit resources for consumer assistance. This is an eight hour course and each class is a continuance of the previous class. You are required to complete the full course prior to submitting your IDA application. This is a FREE workshop offered by Fair Credit Foundation in partnership with Habitat for Humanity. Space is limited and registration is required. Register via the link below.
