Brain fitness will help you keep a healthy brain with tips on diet and mental exercises for your brain
Has this ever happened to you? Your looking for something but you suddenly forgot what your looking for. Or how about this? You begin a conversation and halfway thru you don't remember what you were talking about. Often we, jokingly refer to these as senior moments. As we get older these moments become more frequent and can be frustrating and embarrassing. Brain Fitness is designed to enhance the plasticity of your brain, build brain reserve, and can at least slow down the onset of Dementia and memory loss in later years.
