Senior Transportation Program
Provides rides to life-sustaining medical and essential destinations (medical appointments, pick up prescriptions, legal services, Social Security office, or to visit immediate family in a skilled nursing facility or hospital) for those age 60 and older.
You must make a reservation three to seven days prior to the ride to schedule a ride.
