Immunization Program
The Salt Lake Valley Health Department is committed to providing immunizations to all children and adolescents who need them.
Vaccines for Children (VFC) vaccines are available at $5.00 for vaccine for families who are unable to pay the full price for them, and are uninsured.
There are six clinics located throughout Salt Lake Valley.
