Housing Assistance Rental Project (HARP)
HARP, a collaborative effort between a number of agencies within Salt Lake County government and the Housing Authority, finds housing units in the community for homeless individuals/families who:
- Have a mental illness,
- Are incarcerated in the Salt Lake County Jail,
- Participate in a substance abuse program, and/or
- Are supervised in a Criminal Justice program
