Real Estate
The Real Estate Division purchases real property for county projects, including highways, flood control basins, storm drains, libraries, parks, public buildings, and open space.
It also sells surplus real property and leases office space for county departments. In addition, it relocates property owners and tenants who are displaced by county projects, and manages the county’s lease portfolio.
