General Information
Contracts and Procurement is a Division within the County Mayor’s Office whose responsibilities include acquiring goods, services, and professional services for all Salt Lake County agencies. The division’s goal is to foster an environment of fair and open competition in all dealings allowing the County agencies the opportunity to perform responsibly. The County’s Purchasing Agent constitutes the sole agent of the County in contracting for labor, materials, services, or for the purchase, lease, or sale of County personal property, materials, equipment, or supplies.
